Rebecca Hoffman

Rebecca HoffmanDegree in progress: M.F.A. in Creative Writing, Fiction

Research interests: metaphysics, ancient and modern philosophy, abnormal psychology, psychoanalysis, hyperrealism, Russian literature

Teaching goals/philosophy: As Mark Twain once said, “I have never let my schooling interfere with my education.” Everyone learns differently and at their own pace, and my goal is to teach students as much as possible within the walls of a classroom so that they can then continue their education outside the classroom. Words and writing have always been meaningful to me, and so I aim to help others discover their own unique relationship with the written word.
