Photo_SarahGzemskiDegree in progress: M.F.A. in Creative Writing, poetry

Biography: Sarah Gzemski is a Pennsylvania native who moved to New Mexico to work toward her M.F.A. in poetry. Some of her poetry can be read at Emerge Literary Journal and The Adirondack Review. She is currently working on several projects: a chapbook about Centralia, a manuscript that rewrites Old Testament stories in an apocalyptic world, and something sort of about aliens that will likely become her thesis.

Teaching goals/philosophy: She has always wanted to be a teacher of some sort, and she believes teaching is a collaboration between student and teacher, with both putting in work to create a productive outcome.
